Meet the Office Staff
Hannah Brown
As the Director at United Day Nursery, Hannah plays a key leadership role in shaping the educational environment and ensuring high-quality learning experiences for our children. She is responsible for developing and overseeing the curriculum, supporting and training teaching staff, and ensuring that all educational practices align with early childhood development standards. Hannah works closely with families, fostering open communication and partnership to support each child’s growth and well-being. Additionally, Hannah works closely with staff to maintain all North Dakota licensing rules and regulations.
Haley Johnson
Ali Johnson
As Supervisor, Haley plays a vital role in supporting the daily operations and ensuring a high standard of care for our children. She is responsible for overseeing classroom staff, maintaining staff schedules, assisting with training and professional development, and ensuring that health, safety, and licensing standards are consistently met. She also acts as a liaison between educators, administration, and families, helping to resolve issues and support positive communication.
As the Office Manager, Ali is responsible for managing the day-to-day operational and administrative functions that keep the center running smoothly. This includes kitchen management, center inventory, CACFP requirements, and facility maintenance. She ensures that the center operates efficiently and in accordance with all applicable laws and policies, while also supporting a safe and welcoming environment for children, families, and staff.
